Oriana's pre-powerpole class is designed for students who have taken several Pole Rising (Beginner 2) classes and are ready to prepare for the next level — PowerPole.
We focus on developing upper body and core strength, improving grip endurance, and building active flexibility to support inverts, climbs, and more advanced transitions. Expect a mix of pole-based drills, off-pole conditioning, and movement work that challenges both body and mindset.
Note: This class is not for first-time students. It’s best suited for those who are already comfortable with beginner techniques.
If you’re feeling stronger and want to train with intention, this is where you rise to the occasion — one rep, one grip, one breakthrough at a time.

CONDITIONING for Power Pole

Join Oriana and take your pole fitness to the next level with our Power Pole Class, designed for those ready for a more intense and challenging workout. In this 1-hour session, we focus on pushing your strength, flexibility, and technique.

*FOR EXPERIENCED BEGINNERS AND THOSE ALREADY FAMILIAR WITH POLE TECHNIQUES*. Come practice under your own guidance while staff are present.  Must currently be a student of the Jade Vine Pole Fitness Studio and receive permission from staff. Open pole can be booked when regular scheduled classes are not being held.
