Thank you so much for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear that you weren’t completely happy with your lash lift. It’s always my goal to ensure clients leave feeling confident and satisfied.

As we discussed at your appointment, I used a medium shield to suit your lash length and to avoid the risk of over lifting, especially as it was your first time having the treatment with myself. Lash health is always my top priority, and over-lifting can sometimes lead to damage that takes several weeks to recover from.

I would have been happy to reassess and re-lift your lashes at a later stage if needed, so I’m sorry to see you leave this review publicly without reaching out directly to me, I would’ve welcomed the chance to chat things through and make it right for you.

Beautiful room, clean, good instructions provided with parking and other bits and Chloe was lovely to chat to! I felt very relaxed. However, as a first time customer, not really happy with the last lift after showing photos of what I was after. It literally looks like I've not had a lash lift. One eye had slightly more curl than the other.
