Initial No Obligation first consultation where we explain how the 1:1 Diet works and how we will support you to reach your target weight.

During this consultation you will also provide us with your weight and height and waist measurements and you will be introduced in using our App so you can follow your journey at any time.

Free initial Consultation with Francesca your personal 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant.
This is your first consultation with us - we will discuss your medical history, any current medications you are taking, what the plan involves and the support you can expect from us.
 
We will weigh you, work out your BMI and do your measurements and we can set a target you are aiming for, be that weight, measurements or clothes size wise. You can also purchase your products during this appointment. 
Please note this is a no obligation appointment and if you decide not to go ahead there is no charge.

This Appointment is at our Hinckley Wellbeing Centre.
