( lobes can still be pierced from the age of 8 years old, all other ear piercings and facial piercings from 14) from 17 you can con sent with just the clients ID for all piercing excluding tongue, intimate and microdermals which will continue to be 18 I currently do body piercing and cosmetic tattooing.
