Deep Tissue Massage uses deep pressure and slow, purposeful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. 
The treatment alleviates muscle tightness, tension and pain, addresses adhesions (aka knotty areas) and helps increase range of movement and flexibility.
I work to create space in your joints and give a sense of flow and fluidity in your body, leaving you feel relaxed and calm.

Deep Tissue Massage

Sports Massage uses techniques that focus on addressing musculoskeletal issues by working on the soft tissue and mobilising joints. Targeted pressure, friction and kneading techniques will increase blood flow to aid the body's natural healing process.
The treatment can enhance performance pre event and help post event recovery. 


Sports Massage

A 90 minute, deeply restorative treatment using blended oils to help soothe and de - stress your body and mind.
The studio is infused with calming essential oils and binaural beats as you enjoy a full body relaxation massage. 
Acupuncture needles are optional, applied at points to help anxiety whilst you relax your eyes, face and forehead with a naturally  scented linen eye pillow.
The next part of the treatment is a beautiful soundbath. Emma uses a stunning gong, crystal bowls, and Kofi chimes, giving sound waves and frequencies that resonate throughout your body to take you to a place of deep, deep relaxation.
Whilst the soundbath works on a cellular level to promote healing, Palo Santo and selenite crystals will help clear stagnant energy as your parasympathetic nervous system soothes from the inside out.


The Spirit & Soul Signature Treatment

Cupping derives from ancient practices of TCM - Traditional Chinese Medicine - this complementary therapy made popular by Olympiads has now become widely used in Western holistic treatments.

Silicon cups of varying widths are placed over areas of tissue that that may be hypertonic, overused or generally “sticky” and tight.

Suction is used to create a vacuum that helps increase blood flow to the area, therefore promoting healing and shifting stagnant toxins, lactic acid and lymph.
 Results are immediate and combined with your massage Cupping brings a wonderful feeling of space and flow within the body.
*Cupping is an add on to any other treatments, treatment time will be 15 minutes longer and charge is an additional £10.00

Pregnancy massage is a beautiful, gentle way to ease away the aches and pains that making a human can bring!
Cushions and bolsters are used to help support and comfort during treatment. Swollen ankles and tired legs, sore lower back and shoulders are all soothed as the Mum to be drifts off and enjoys some well deserved self care.
Nerves and anxiety will dissipate and baby will enjoy the treatment almost as much as Mama.
*This treatment can only be booked after the first trimester  but can be effective right up to the first stages of labor.

Vibrations and sound frequencies gently bring your body to deep rest as your parasympathetic nervous system allows you to drift to a place of calm and safety whilst held blockages and tension are set free.

I can accommodate small groups of up to five people, ideal for hen celebrations, womens circles or just a coming together of friends and family. Mats, blankets, eye pillows and cushions are provided to ensure comfort. We start with a short meditation to help prepare and centre you and finish with optional card pull and herbal tea.
I also offer 1 - 2 - 1 soundbaths which include head and neck massage.
Price is the same for group or individual treatment.
