Amazing - Alicja is so warm and welcoming and makes you feel instantly at ease. She has really supported me to make positive changes in my life and work through my grief. 

Feel at ease as we create a safe, welcoming space to explore your concerns together. We will discuss your background, therapy goals, and my therapeutic approach, while establishing boundaries and confidentiality. This session helps us both decide if we are a good fit to work together. Minimum of 10 sessions, weekly or fortnightly. If you are returning after a month’s break, this appointment helps reestablish our therapeutic relationship. Please complete the consultation form before your first session. 48-hour cancellation period applies.

Duration: 90 minutes

This session isn’t a one-off meeting but the beginning of a counselling journey. The time we spend together will gently unfold at a pace that feels right, depending on what you’d like to work through and how we engage in the process. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and grow.

This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have about my services, approach, or the counselling process before booking an initial consultation.
How It Works:

	•	The discovery call is a one-time offer, available only once per client.
	•	During this call, you can share your concerns, ask about the process, and see if my approach aligns with your needs.
	•	There’s no obligation to book after the call—it’s simply a chance to explore.

Important Note:

If you wish to book additional phone calls beyond the initial free discovery call, these will be charged at the rate of a full session, as they involve dedicated time and support.
