SLEDGE Sport Therapy is located on the first floor of Osprey Court, within Belgrave Cosmetics Clinic at Hawkfield Business Park in Bristol. Please park in the designated spaces marked ‘Window to the Womb,’ located directly in front of the clinic. Enter through the door to the right of that entrance—labeled “Belgrave Cosmetics”—and head upstairs. Once inside, wait in the reception area, where your therapist will meet you at your scheduled time. Restroom facilities can be found at the bottom of the stairs for your convenience.

Initial Injury assessment involves a detailed flow through of your injury.
The session will run:
Subjective assessment - a talk through of your injury (what, how, when) and you general lifestyle.
Objective assessment - a run through of your range of movement (bilateral), your strength of injured area and your ability to perform certain exercise.
Treatment - there is no guaranty in your first appointment we will get onto treatment, but if we do, it will take place nearer the end of the appointment.

By now I will have a rough idea of the injury we are dealing with. We will run through a quick assessment to see what improvements have been made since the previous session and carry on with any treatment. 

60 minute Follow Up Injury Assessment

A deeper style massage that focuses on the prominent muscles used in everyday activities or sporting exercises. By using a range of techniques that focus on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension. 
Can be used for injury prevention, improved performance, increased flexibility and mobility, reduced stress and muscle recovery.

A technique that uses suction cups to relieve pain and increase circulation. The suction cups draw blood (under the skin) into a region to saturate tissues with new blood and the vacuum removes blood that had grown stagnant. It can be used to increase circulation leading to increased oxygen and nutrients within tissues. A renewed healing process and increased mobility. 

60 minute Sports Massage & Dry Cupping
