Marma Abhyanga

90min. Ayurveda detox treatment- originating from India, using specific ground ayurvedic herbs are vigorously rubbed over the body to help draw out toxins & reduce water retention. Udvartana

90min. A pummelling massage with ayurvedic therapeutic herbs that are crushed in a pestal & mortar, they are then put into a muslin cloth & tied tight to make the bolus or poultice.
