This is a slow, intuitive ritual designed to meet you where you are—physically, emotionally, energetically. Rooted in cyclical wisdom, your treatment is tailored to your current hormonal or life phase: menstruation, ovulation, postpartum, menopause, or beyond.

Each session is unique, blending natural, effective skincare with massage techniques to support your skin and system. Depending on your inner season, I may weave in:

• Sculpting massage to uplift and boost radiance
• Gentle lymphatic drainage to de-puff and detoxify
• Optional buccal massage to release jaw tension
• A replenishing mask
• Tools like gua sha, cups, ridoki, or quartz mushrooms

Your décolletage, shoulders, neck, arms, and scalp are lovingly treated, inviting deep rest and nervous system balance.

You’ll leave glowing, grounded, and gently transformed.
