As a Reiki Master Practitioner, I channel this energy to aid change within and balance the ‘energy fields’ in and around your body to help on a physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual level.  

Reiki is carried by laying my hands on/around the 7 chakras centres.  The client is fully clothed on a couch.  The first session lasts 1.5hrs, this includes a 30 minute holistic consultation.  Sessions thereafter last for 1hr.
