Curiosity led me from childhood "why" questions to a deep connection with the body. After training in yoga, meditation, and healing work, I became a certified Shiatsu therapist in 2021. In my Amsterdam practice, I help people reconnect with themselves and release tension. Shiatsu therapy helps you reconnect with yourself, releasing stored tension and emotions. It can be confronting, but by meeting what arises, you create space to feel free—physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically. Treatments are fully clothed, usually on a mat, sometimes on a table by agreement.
