Reflexology has been around for centuries.  Used by the Chinese more than 5,000 years ago and the ancient Egyptians. Reflexology works on the principle that our feet, hands, face & scalp have many reflex points that correspond with the rest of our body which include the digestive, urinary, reproductive, lymphatic and hormonal systems in the body, to name but a few.  By stimulating these reflex points we are working with the whole body with the aim of increasing the body's natural energy flow and restoring balance. 

Reflexology is helpful for many conditions including sleep, anxiety and stress related conditions.

I have undertaken several Continuing Professional Development Training Courses for Reflexology, including; Fertility/Pre-Conceptual, Pregnancy, Menopause, Spinal, Oncology Cancer Support, Facial Reflexology etc, all giving me a greater scope on how best to support my clients.


Foot Reflexology

By gently stimulating the reflex areas on the face, which include the digestive, urinary, reproductive, lymphatic and hormonal systems in the body, to name but a few.  By stimulating these reflex points we are working with the whole body with the aim of increasing the body's natural energy flow and restoring balance. 

Reflexology is helpful for many conditions including sleep, anxiety and stress related conditions.

This wonderfully relaxing treatment includes the use of an organic foaming cleanser, followed by a hot towel to cleanse and clean the skin followed by an organic facial reflexology oil, nourishing your skin and enhancing your radiance further.  I also incorporate some Qua Sha techniques.

To Start: Facial Reflexology, using Zone Face Lift organic Foaming Cleanser, a hot towel to cleanse and clean the face, before applying the Zone Face Lift Facial Reflexology Oil when the facial reflexology sequence commences. 

To Follow:  Traditional Foot Reflexology using Flying Wild Reflexology Balm.

Facial & Foot Reflexology

A Parent or Carer is required to remain in the therapy room with their child at all times.

Using the same principles as the Facial Reflexology, this is a shorter timeframe and is perfect for younger clients.

The client will only be required to remove their shoes prior to this therapy. Zone Face Lift organic foaming cleanser is applied to the face, followed by a hot towel, to cleanse the skin before applying organic Zone Face Lift Facial Reflexology Oil.  If your child does not wish for a hot towel to be used I can use a facial wipe to cleanse the skin instead.  

I will explain to your child what is involved and they will have the opportunity to ask me anything in advance, and can ask me to stop at any time. I will be lead by your child. Facial Reflexology Under 18s

By gently stimulating the reflex areas on the scalp, which include the digestive, urinary, reproductive, lymphatic and hormonal systems in the body, to name but a few, we are working with the whole body with the aim of increasing the body's natural energy flow and restoring balance. 

Reflexology is helpful for many conditions including sleep, anxiety and stress related conditions.

This therapy feels quite similar to a head massage and is ideal for those who would rather not have their faces or feet touched. No Products are used during this sequence.

Cranial Reflexology

This is the first Reflexology for Menopause Support of its kind in the UK encompassing three Reflexology methods. Using focused techniques that have been designed and taught by both Ziggie Bergman (founder of Bergman Zone Method Facial Reflexology & Zone Face Lift) & Louise Keet (Principal of The London School of Reflexology & Author of The Reflexology Bible).
