Sorry you feel that way however as stated on my booking system I have a beauty room not a salon as most beauticians these days work from home in a desired room. My room is a professional clean working environment with 5* hygiene and health and safety graded. 

I’m sorry the lashes was not how you expected I can assure you I placed your lashes on an individual eyelash as I do for everyone else. I take pride in my work and have done for years as shown in all my 5 star reviews, reputation and instagram following. As you can see your my very first 2 star review.

I dislike giving bad reviews but this was my experience.  I walked into a very unprofessional setting, not a salon like area at all. Lacey then proceeded to tape my eyes and then what it felt like was her rushing through the application. As a qualified lash technician, you are supposed to be placing a lash on each natural lash so that it doesn't damage the lashes, but these were just being glued to the top of my lashes and the glue is really thick under my lashes. The lashes are hard and plastic which is uncomfortable. I will get these removed ASAP so as not to damage my natural lashes!

Made me feel so comfortable and my lashes look amazing!! Can't wait to come back x x x
