A salt-based product that also contains citrus seed extracts to promote fading and aloe to promote healing is implanted (tattooed) into the skin. The solution pulls the pigment out of the skin by osmosis – a process by which molecules of a solvent tend to pass through a semipermeable membrane from a less concentrated solution into a more concentrated one, thus equalizing the concentrations on each side of the membrane. The solution pushes the pigment to the surface of the skin. The pigment collects within any scab that is formed, leaving a lightened or removed tattoo when the scab falls away.

Ombré powder brows are achieved using a machine, which disperses extremely fine dots of pigments evenly into the skin in a shading technique. A perfecting tattoo session 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment is essential.

Using a machine hair-like strokes are made from the beginning to the middle of the brow to give the brow a natural look, which then transitions to a powdered effect to the body and tail of the brow to give the brow more fullness and  density. This is a good one to book if you still have brow growth at the end/tail of your brows but are looking just for a more defined brow. Touch ups after Cosmetic Tattoo treatments with me are free up until 4 months. 4-8 months after treatment there is a fee of $150. 12 months after initial treatment with me you have to pay the full initial fee.

This service begins with a brow sculpt using hot wax. This is then followed with a brow lamination procedure. 
A brow lamination is essentially a perm for your brows, as it gives them a set, uniform shape for an extended period of time. Instead of curls, a setting lotion helps brow hair stay brushed up and lifted upward for 4-6 weeks. The service is then finished with a tint of your natural brow hair to your desired colour.
