Welcome to a World of beautiful Brows and Lips! I am Anna Lugova, an Elite Semi Permanent Makeup Artist and Phibrows Royal Artist. I have 6 years experience now and I have had some of best training the industry can offer, with world-leading companies and coaches. I never stop learning and although I will never be perfect, I strive to be as close as possible. To give you peace of mind in the quality of treatment you will receive, you will be pleased to know I was a full-time doctor before I fell in love with SPM. I am personally licensed with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and I work within a DHA licensed medical clinic so you can be assured that client safety, care and wellbeing is my top priority. I love my work and clients, and I hope my results show the effort I have put in to become one of the best artists. My goal is and always will be to give you your Brows of Beauty, the Brows you Deserve! And not forgetting those Lush Lips!
