Kulture Kurls is a boutique braiding bar based in Whitley Bay. We specialise in Afro and textured hair, offering protective styles such as braids, twists and loc maintenance, but welcome all hair types, including straighter and looser textures. For the best results, come with your hair freshly washed, product-free & detangled. Oils or heavy products can interfere with styling & leave residue behind. Hair must be at least 4 inches long to braid. Extensions aren’t included in your booking. You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase directly from us (limited stock).
