Healing Day Retreat - Holistic Bliss & Bloom Healing

Day Retreat

A session where you know what you want to work with or just need a quick fix to release pain, calm your mind and connect to rest and relaxation. Also, a great option if you're curious to see what I'm all about without a bigger commitment.

You have the choice of Kinesiology, Reiki, Sound Healing or doTERRA Aromatouch for the hour. Or an Access Bars session which may run longer than 1 hr.

1 hr Energy Healing Session or Access Bars

A blend of Holistic Counselling/coaching and Energetic and Vibrational Healing using Kinesiology, Holy Fire Reiki or Sound Healing to assist you to find more peace, calm and harmony within your body and mind. Please note that a some Sound Healing is integrated in the Reiki and Kinesiology sessions. You are welcome to request a specific modality or I will recommend what would be suitable for you.

Standard Session

An in depth connect, explore and healing session. After a heartfelt and supportive chat about what you are wanting to work on, I will intuitively connect in and use a variety of Energy Healing and Sound Healing combined with Kinesiology, Holy Fire Reiki, Essential Oils, Oracle Cards and multiple sound healing instruments to assist you to clear what isn't serving you and to reconnect to your true essence to bring more peace, clarity, joy, ease and a stronger sense of self. 

You are very welcome to request a specific modality for your session if you prefer.

This is a perfect option to shift deep and long term issues.
