Jaz focuses on relieving the body's pain points using a slow and gentle approach of myofascial release. Pain is used as a communication tool by our brain as a way to respond to a current injury or predict a potential injury. Through creating novel sensory input through light manual therapy, we’ll disrupt your nervous system’s pain transmissions and instead, invite new messages to be transmitted that highlight the ability of your body to heal and exist with ease.
