Excellent acupuncture session with bespoke meditation

On your first acupuncture treatment, we start with a full in-depth consultation, medical history, and pulse and tongue diagnosis. 

Once we have come up with a personalised treatment plan tailored to restore balance and improve your overall wellbeing, we will then proceed with the acupuncture.
We may include other therapies in the session where appropriate, such as cupping, gua sha, massage and moxibustion.

Needles are left in for up to 30 minutes, during which time you can simply relax and enjoy a wonderful 'Acu Nap'. 

Aftercare will be given, along with recommended lifestyle advice and we will book you in for your follow-up treatment.

Initial Consultation & Treatment

During your follow-up acupuncture session, we'll begin by reviewing your progress since your first treatment. 
We'll discuss any improvements and assess the effectiveness of your current treatment plan, and make any adjustments necessary. 

We'll then get you comfortable and begin inserting the needles into the relevant acupuncture points and leave them in for the appropriate time. 

Once the needles have been removed we'll discuss any aftercare advice and arrange your next session. ❤️✨

Your Follow-up Acupuncture Appointment

Experience NADA ear acupuncture.

A non-invasive therapy using sterile needles to stimulate five specific points in the ear, for overall health and wellbeing. 

This treatment helps with relaxation, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, stress, hot sweats, insomnia, detoxification and overall wellness.

During your session, Fiona will gently insert needles into your ears, followed by a 40-minute guided relaxation meditation. Ear seeds can be applied before you leave to extend the treatment benefits.

You will experience a wonderful 'Acu Nap'...a nap like no other! ❤️✨

NADA Acu Nap

Cupping is an ancient Chinese medicine technique which can help relieve tension and pain in muscles.

Special cups are used to create suction, which can be glided on top of the skin to create a deep massage and also left on your skin to relieve inflammation, increase blood flow, induce relaxation and improve well-being.

Gua Sha has a very similar effect, where we use specialised tools to scrape along the skin.

** Please be aware when arranging your appointment, marks can be left on the skin which can last up to a week.
