This is a taster session to help you decide that Everything Rehab is the Sports Rehabilitation clinic for you we specialize in dealing with MSK injuries for example lower back pain, shoulder pain etc. The session is 20 minutes long and includes an assessment and a chat about what is happening all with the goal of diagnosing or helping you understand what is happening with your body. ** Please note there is no treatment given during one of our discovery sessions and this is a one time use session. These sessions are designed with the purpose to evaluate your needs and ensure we can offer the correct help for you **.

Free Discovery Session

This session is designed to give you specific and personalized strategies in order to allow you to  recover safely and effectively. Whether you are healing from an injury, recovering after surgery, or managing a chronic condition, every program is tailored specifically to your individual goals, abilities and progress.

With the support of our experienced sports rehabilitation team, you will progress through a carefully structure plan aimed at helping you restore strength, mobility and confidence. Each session is guided step by step, our team ensures that every exercise is performed safely and effectively. This dedicated approach not only enhances the speed of recovery but also helps reduce the risk of future or further set backs, allowing you to feel stronger and capable of doing the activities you love doing the most!

1-1 Exercise Rehabilitation

Our full body MOT assessment ​incorporates a comprehensive evaluation designed to highlight your strengths, identify weaknesses and create a pathway for sustainable improvements and maintenance of body health. 
Our MOT service includes the following:
- Joint Range of Motion Testing- Assessing joint flexibility and flexibility.
- Strength and Movement Analysis- highlighting and identifying imbalances and potential risks of what is causing your pain.
-Hands On Treatment- After the assessment you will receive a combination of techniques if safe and applicable to your pain, in order to address areas of restriction or dysfunction. All with the goal to make you pain free.
-Personalized Exercise Prescription- Tailored strategies and training methods in order to restore balance, improving performance and reducing the risk of injury.


Full Body MOT

This includes a thorough assessment to diagnose what is happening with your body or what is the root cause of your pain. Including bio mechanical movement assessment, posture assessments these things all help us discover what is happening with your body allowing us to come up with the best and safest action plan going forward. After the assessment our team likes to do the appropriate treatment plan to try and help with your pain, this can include sports massage, mobilisations, manipulations, assisted stretching. Most of all we like to promote exercise and physical activity so you will also get given exercises which will be the real game changer if you want them long term results! 

Initial Assessment and treatment

This includes a short but thorough assessment following your initial session, with the remainder of time focusing on the treatment and exercise.

30 Minute Follow Up Session
