A digital perm uses electric rods to apply heat and curl the hair. Due to the electric rollers, heat is evenly distributed, making the perm last longer.(2,3times last longer than normal perm)

It creates elastic and natural curls, usually forming large and soft waves.

A regular perm uses chemical solutions and regular rollers to curl the hair. Heat is not directly applied, and the wave is created by the action of the chemical solution.
