Pilates - Discovery Call

Session to establish the client’s current concerns and desired outcomes. Client will be guided with their understanding utilising science backed knowledge. 

The main outcome of this session is to outline an integrative treatment plan that sets realistic expectations based on the client’s goals. 

If time allows and the client wishes, treatment will also begin. (One or a combination of Pilates/Exercise, Rossiter Stretching, Pain Reprocessing Therapy & Internal Family Systems (IFS)).

All of the treatments/therapies offered are 100% led by the client, guided by the Coach, in accordance with science backed literature. 

Pilates - Initial Assessment - In Person or Online

Bookable only after the Initial Assessment. Client driven session to deliver outcomes agreed utilising one or a combination of exercise and pain therapy. 

Pilates - Individual Session
