Infrared sauna sessions include whole body vibration! Burn 600 calories in one 30 min sauna session! It is a dry heat without all the humidity. It is not a steam sauna but it will definitely make you sweat! Far infrared heat therapy has numerous health benefits: weight loss, pain therapy, relaxation, detoxification, as wells as improvement of digestive, cardiovascular, autoimmune, diabetes mellitus, ischemia, chronic kidney disease and other chronic health problems. Detoxification happens by heating the body directly, causing a rise in core temperature. This results in a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level, where toxins reside. It activates cellular health, enabling the heart to beat more rapidly and the blood vessels to dilate, helping to clean the circulatory system and to oxygenate the cells of the body more fully. A noninvasive medical and beauty treatment that promotes lymphatic drainage by using air pressure on different parts of the body using a lymphatic massage compression suit. By alternating between compression and decompression, it effectively stimulates the lymphatic system. It can slim the body, reduce cellulite, increase lymphatic function and benefit allover wellness. Our Pressotherapy machine also utilizes FAR infrared technology (this is optional) which can dissolve fat, promote fat metabolism, improve blood circulation and nutrition/oxygen transportation. It is a dry sauna technique. Afterwards the whole body will feel refreshed and energetic. FIR doesn’t heat up the surface of the body, instead heats up the inner body 4-7 cm beneath the skin surface where the stubborn fat deposits and main blood vessels are located. You can burn up to 600 calories in one session! This can be used for health&beauty or maintenance up to 3 times per week.

EMSlim HIFEMT non-invasive body sculpting procedure burns fat while simultaneously building muscle. It also tightens the skin and reduces cellulite! It results in permanent destruction of the fat cells. By way of High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology, EMSlim is capable of penetrating deep beneath the skin to deliver 30,000 muscular contractions per 30-minute session — these supra-maximal muscle contractions are impossible to achieve with a regular workout or weight lifting. A course of treatment consists of at least four sessions done twice a week for two weeks. Two areas can be treated simultaneously during each session. Therefore, only one package of 4 EMSlim will be required to treat two areas of the body.
