We require cats to come in for a meet and greet before their first groom, as we know they can get especially stressed out when being forced to come to a new environment. 
It can help calm their nerves to come and see the grooming room prior to them being groomed. 
You can bring along their favourite treats too, which should help to reduce some anxieties.

Meet & Greet

This is ideal for cats who haven't been groomed before, for kittens coming for their first groom, or to upkeep a regularly groomed cat's coat.
This includes a brush & de-shed (including minor mat removal), trim of hygiene areas, claws clipped, eyes/ears cleaned - do let us know if your cat doesn't need any of these. 
We are also able to offer to express anal glands if your cat needs it, but most don't require it.
Can you make sure your cat has not been fed 1-2 hours prior to their appointment (treats are okay) as we would not want them feeling uncomfortable with a full belly before being groomed.

Express Groom

This would include a comb attachment being attached to a clipper to just take off the excess fur to make the long coat more manageable, or would be ideal for long haired cats if they suffer from the heat.
Also including, a claw clip, eyes/ears cleaned and hygiene areas trimmed.
This would not be suitable for long haired cats with matted fur.

Full Coat Trim - Long Haired Cats

This is ideal for older cats or poorly cats that struggle to groom themselves in that area, also for long haired cats that get litter/poo/wee stuck in the fur. It would involve trimming fur around the bottom, genitals, and the base of the tail.

Hygiene/Sanitary Trim

This includes a bath, blow dry, brush & de-shed (including minor mat removal), trim of hygiene areas, claws clip, eyes/ears cleaned - do let us know if your cat doesn't need any of these. 
We are also able to offer to express anal glands if your cat needs it, but most don't require it.
An extra fee will be added if your cat is matted and it will be variable on how bad the mats are.
