Facial Massage 

This focused treatment supports the release of tension held in and around the diaphragm, a key muscle in healthy breathing and emotional regulation. Gentle, hands on techniques are used to encourage softness through the ribcage, upper abdomen, and surrounding connective tissue, allowing for fuller, more natural breath.
By improving breath capacity and diaphragmatic movement, this treatment can help calm the nervous system, reduce feelings of anxiety, and support emotional release. Many clients report feeling a sense of spaciousness in the abdomen, chest, lightness in the body, and a deeper connection to their breath.

Reiki is a beautiful and gentle, hands-on (or just above the body) energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance.
