Reiki Infused Massage

Reiki is a beautiful and gentle, hands-on (or just above the body) energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance. It works on a deep energetic level to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and clear emotional or energetic blockages. It is said that if the energetic body is blocked, the physical body will suffer. Its form of healing  works with the natural life force energy that flows through all living things. This universal energy doesn’t come from me, my hands simply act as a channel, allowing the energy to flow where it's needed most in your body and energy field. The process is gentle, intuitive, and guided by your own inner wisdom. Reiki is perfect if you're feeling, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, energetically/ physically drained, or simply in need of stillness and space to reconnect with yourself.
