Hello, my name is Sarah and I have been a therapist for 20 years. I have worked in numerous spas and salons around Cardiff and also a spa in Greece. A Touch Of Asia has been established since 2011. My treatment room is based in my converted garage at home which is warm, comforting and welcoming. My treatments are holistic which include clinical reflexology, massage, hot stone massage, facials, thai foot massage, Indian head massage and treatment packages. Thai foot massage is a deep massage of the feet and lower leg (under the knee). It uses manual techniques (thumbs and hands) but also a bamboo stick that manipulates the pressure points on the feet and lower leg using rubbing, kneading, stretching and vibration techniques. There are thousands of nerve endings in the feet so it really boosts the whole body.

The Indian head massage is performed fully clothed whilst the client is sat on a chair.

The massage includes the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and face. Coconut oil infused with Rosemary and Cedarwood will be used on the scalp to hydrate and nourish the hair and scalp.

*can help to relieve tension headaches and aches and pains
