Welcome to the Move Well Clinic! The Move Well Clinic is based within Genetix Gym in Lye, Stourbridge, West Midlands. Fiona is a fully qualified Sports Massage and Exercise Therapist offering Initial Assessments, Soft Tissue Therapy, Sports and Remedial Massage, Joint Mobilisations and Exercise Prescription. There are many reasons why clients visit the clinic. Common pain and movement issues addressed in the clinic include neck or back ache, joint stiffness and weakness, reduced flexibility, muscle soreness. general muscle tension, muscle soreness from training in the gym or working conditions, and impaired balance. If you are new to the clinic please feel welcome to book an 'Initial Assessment' to receive a full assessment of your needs and to start treatment. Both members and non-members of Genetix Gym are welcomed! An invoice will be sent to you via email/text shortly after you make an online booking. Please complete this payment within 24 hours or your booking will be automatically cancelled. This deposit is fully refundable for cancellations and appointment rescheduling provided that more than 24 hours notice is given. It is deducted from the final balance due at the appointment.
