Part of the Hindu health care practice of Ayurveda, Indian head massage focuses on your head, neck and shoulders and was originally used to improve scalp and hair condition. It is a deep massage, using a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp, deep tissue work on your shoulders, and stretching the neck.

Relax in the beautiful Zen Den at Zen You while you receive this ultimate treat for tired achy muscles and stressed out minds. Stone massage uses basalt rocks which comes from below the crust of our earth. Basalt is a spiritually grounding stone and this treatment involves the five different elements of chinese medicine: Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood for a harmonising experience.
