Lovely set up that was perfect for my girlfriend and I to have a relaxing time. Beautiful way to start the day with the sauna and ice bath

A session in one of our full spectrum infrared saunas is 50 minutes long – 40 mins to detox and relax in the sauna and 10 mins to refresh for the rest of your day. If you would like to shower at the end, you’re welcome do to so in the privacy of your sauna suite. 

Although we recommend booking the large sauna if you are coming with someone else, our Standard sauna can accommodate up to 2 people. Add a friend for $15 (pay on arrival).

We recommend to bring a large towel to sit on, a water bottle to hydrate and a change of clothing (for after your session). We have towels available to hire for $3 and a filtered water tap to fill up your reusable bottle.

Cold Therapy activates the body's natural healing abilities and helps promote better health and overall well-being. 

Stay immersed in our 7 degrees Celsius ice bath for about two to five minutes.

*Note* Our ice bath room does not have a shower. When booking with an infrared sauna, select the infrared sauna first THEN the ice bath.

If you are having an ice bath after your sauna session, you must shower after your infrared sauna session and take all your belongings with you before going in the ice bath room. Swimwear must be worn. One towel per person provided.
