Chose from either Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, crystal singing bowls or any two instruments for your session. Soundbaths can be used purely for relaxation or ina therapeutic way. We can look at anything  that’s holding you back in life, something that’s preventing you from being the true you. Wether it’s  an emotional, physical, psychological issue sound can help to identify, resolve and release.

Thrive is a calming studio in the heart of Garstang and can accommodate small groups , 3-10 people, for relaxing Soundbaths. We can also include breathwork, meditation ,  mindfulness alongside sound for a longer session.
We are open to suggestions.

 A deeply relaxing massage with the vibrations and sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, followed by a mini reiki session to balance body, mind and soul. We’ll end with therapeutic percussion to gently bring you back to yourself. This is a truly deeply relaxing and healing experience.

Using  natural products especially selected for your skin type you’ll be treated to a deep cleanse, exfoliate and    rejuvenating face mask or balm. Whilst resting you’ll experience a deeply relaxing and healing mini Indian head massage or reiki  
Then the true magic begins, with natural facial oils and using advanced facial massage techniques, your mind, body and soul will drift into a place of peace whilst your skin experiences healing,  lifting and release of any held tension. Gua Sha will also be used for lymphatic drainage and reduce any puffiness.

Thrive’s Natural Lift Holistic Facial Massage uses advanced massage techniques to lift the face naturally  and acupressure points to relax and release tension. This massage also promotes healthier looking skin by improving blood flow, reduces puffiness through lymphatic drainage and targets fine lines and wrinkles. Also included is a neck, shoulder and scalp massage to aid relaxation. This facial massage also provides releases myofascial tissue, easing out muscle tensions caused by TMJ disorder.

Holistic Natural Lift Face  Massage

Using Peter Hess singing bowls they are placed on a fully clothed body. The vibrational energy of the singing bowls reach deep into every cell of your body, rejuvenating, balancing and relaxing mind, body and soul. The meditative nature of the massage slows down brain waves, heart rate, breathing taking you into a state  of deep rest and relaxation. Good for emotional well-being, helping with  sleep, pain management, stress and much more. It’s just like a big sonic hug.

Himalayan Singing Bowl massage 

Laying on the couch you’ll be transported into a state of deep relaxation through massage of the scalp, face, neck, shoulders and chest.  Circular massage movements, strokes and pressure point massage (of the face ) are used to relax and release any tensions and stress. Choose from either natural essential oils or organic base oils. Indian head massage is excellent for reducing headaches and migraines, soothes the sinuses, improves quality of sleep, reduces depression and anxiety, improves blood and lymph flow of the head and neck and much more.

 Manual lymphatic drainage massage is a soothing  massage that uses gentle strokes on the body to encourage the flow of lymph. If you feel like you’re holding onto excess fluid or you’re feeling sluggish or maybe your immune system is a little slow then your lymphatic system may be compromised.
A lymphatic drainage massage will help to rid your body of toxins, boost your immune system, reduce fluid retention and generally relax you. 
It’s an excellent massage for sinus problems, headaches, bloating (pms), reducing  stress and fatigue, helping with digestive issues, supporting your immune system, promoting detoxification amongst creating a feeling of well-being .
