This treatment focuses on the nervous system reflexology points. If you feel your nervous system is out of balance this is the perfect option for you. The aim to bring balance, rest and relaxation to the entire body.

An aromatherapy inhaler is included in the price of this treatment and will be used during your session. A tailored blend will be made for you during the consultation.

The Reset Hour - Nervous System 

A 60 min. session for parents in person/via zoom combining massage and reflexology for your baby.

A consultation is completed before the session allowing me to tailor a routine specifically to your baby’s needs. 

During the session I will demonstrate a massage and reflexology routine for you to practice on your baby in the comfort of your own home.
The key with baby massage and reflexology is consistency and so for this reason it is best for the parent to learn and practice on their baby themselves. 

Handouts and baby massage oil will be provided. 


Baby Wellness Session (Day time only)

One Hour

Sinus infection and congestion can be the cause of severe headaches and facial pain. 
This holistic treatment brings together a number of modalities to assist clearing the sinuses, easing inflammation and treating infection.

This treatment is a combination of :

The Tuesday (morning) Treatment is a reduced rate reflexology session available on Tuesday mornings to all current clients to avail of.

Please limit your Tuesday Treatment booking to one per month max to allow other regulars to also avail of this service. 

This is a one hour reflexology session. Clients can choose from the following;

The Tuesday Treatment ( Current Clients Only)

A soothing combination treatment of facial and foot reflexology.

This treatment is perfect for anyone with a busy mind. Beginning with relaxing facial reflexology combined with gentle facial cupping and ending with grounding foot reflexology- bringing you out of your head and down into your body. 

Please note this treatment will include the use of aromatherapy facial oils and facial tools. 
Please do not wear makeup 
Please wear a string top for access to collar bone.


Head to Toe Reflexology 

Lymphatic Reflexology is a very gentle yet tareted treatment. 
It focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet to bring about a positive change in the lymphatic system of the body. 
It is a very effective way of stimulating the body’s own response to reduce swelling, clear out toxins and blockages and boost our ability to fight infection.

Lymphatic Reflexology is excellent for those who:
*get recurrent colds/sore throats, tonsillitis etc.
*suffer with oedema
*have low energy levels/ chronic fatigue 
*are preparing to start treatment for cancer or receiving treatment for cancer and post cancer treatments
*have a weakened immune system /autoimmune illnesses such as Parkinson’s or MS
*are preparing for surgery and post-surgery e.g Caesarean section, lymph node removal
*do not or cannot take much exercise

Lymphatic Reflexology

A relaxing postpartum treatment where baby is welcome to come along with you. Reflexology is an amazingly relaxing treatment that can help the body to rest and restore. 
During this treatment we will focus on relaxing and rebalancing your nervous, reproductive and endocrine systems after birth. 
If baby needs to be fed or cuddled that's no problem, it can all be done from the comfort of the Lafuma reflexology chair. During the session I will also show you some reflexology points for baby too! 

This treatment is perfect for the 4th trimester especially those early weeks when Mum needs lots of TLC. 

Come alone for some me time or bring baby with you for some relaxation and TLC!. 

A postnatal Aromatherapy blend can be added to your treatment for €10.
