The Lifting Collective is a fitness and wellness hub based in Coulsdon, founded by Flora in 2017 after transitioning from the legal industry to personal training. Since relocating to Coulsdon in 2022, we've expanded to offer private training studios under The Lifting Corner and The Lifting Studio. Our mission is to provide a welcoming environment where individuals of all abilities can focus on their health and wellbeing, with a team of dedicated fitness and wellness practitioners to support every step of your journey.
