PRE APPOINTMENT
Please shave 24 hours prior, and no waxing, plucking, epilation or bleaching creams for 4 weeks prior. If you normally wax wait until your normal growth cycle is back and you can shave again before booking, area cannot be tanned within 2 weeks of visit.

Do not use topical agents that may increase sensitivity of skin: retinoids, topical antibiotics, exfoliants, acids that may be drying or irritating to the skin (such as alpha hydroxyl acid (AHA) beta hydroxyl acids (BHA), exfoliating masks, salicylic acids, hydroquinone, and benzoyl peroxide acne products) 5-7 days prior
Do not take any anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen, Motrin or Advil for 3 days prior to treatment. These agents will interfere with the natural inflammatory process that is critical and responsible for your skin rejuvenation
Avoidance of IPL/Laser procedures, unprotected sun exposure or sunburn for 2 weeks prior, or spray tan products 10 days prior 
No waxing, depilatory creams or electrolysis to area being treated 5-7 days prior

For all laser treatments please discontinue the use of retinol and steroid topical creams in the treatment area for 3 -4 days. Avoid direct sun, tanning and self tanners for 48 hours before and after all sessions. The area cannot be tanned so wait 2 weeks after sun tanning to book

* Do not use the self-tanning agents and avoid UV exposure for 14 days prior to treatment

* If you are taking a blood thinner, aspirin or any other medications you may be required to obtain a GP approval letter for the treatment.
* On the day of the treatment, please do not apply makeup.

Start with a deep cleanse of your back, light relaxation massage technique to relax those muscles, add in some steam, hot towel followed by decongesting those acne/pores to end we will cover your back with a detox mask and infrared light for 15 mins while we massage rosemary into the scalp.
