Strength Lab Truckee offers personalized, private training in slow cadence, high-intensity resistance exercise using advanced machines in a focused environment to safely maximize lean-tissue mass anabolism and function in a minimum of time. Client's typically train once per week for 30 minutes without sweating or needing to change their clothes and quality of life metrics begin to noticeably improve within the first two months of consistent training.
