The whole salon experience was lovely from the moment i walked in. Calm salon, soft music and friendly staff and tea and cookie.
Nico listened and asked questions about the cut i wanted. We looked at images and discussed how my hair would look after the cut. I wanted an easy to manage style. Through out the cut, as my hair partially dried, i could see the shape the hair would take. I felt comfortable to ask for shorter or more, but it wasn't needed.
