Sabrina have been hairdressing for almost twenty years and I have done many courses. It’s essential to learn new things, techniques etc. but the one thing that is key to a successful customer experience, be it a hair cut, Colour, scalp treatment or hair piece, is that I take the time to understand what the customer wants. Every consultation starts with getting to know and understand what result customer is looking for. Simply put I Listen for the result the customer is looking for.
