Great first full session, Lauren is fantastic and I look forward to more sessions. I felt great! 

Lauren’s knowledge and experience has enabled my husband and I to make excellent progress in just four sessions. She now tailors our sessions support my husband’s recovery from a total knee replacement, alongside more traditional methods for myself .  I cannot believe how motivating her sessions are, they are really fun , in beautiful surroundings which seem like a totally indulgent spa experience   Thank you Lauren we’ve now booked our second course and cannot wait . 

Lauren was a great instructor my 1st time and she explained everything and really knew her stuff definitely will be going back I’m converted!! 

Yet another amazing session with Lauren. Each week the exercises are increased in intensity, giving us a suitably challenged workout.  Each week we leave in such a better place, both physically and mentally.  At the end you feel like you’ve had a spa mini break!  Thank you Lauren , we cannot wait for our next 2:1 session .
