Such a fantastic class.  This was our first full 2:1 session , it was fully personalised for our individual requirements, my husband having had a recent knee replacement. 
Full range of exercises, challenging and most of all relaxed, calm and fun.  Each exorcise was fully explained with details of the muscle groups we were working on.
