Amatsu Therapy is physical therapy. It assesses the body as a whole and treats the root of the problem, not just the symptoms. It uses gentle techniques and natural body movement to rebalance the whole body in order to relieve tension, aid recovery and to help restore function. It is suitable for those who suffer with musculoskeletal aches and pains, restriction in movement or symptoms of stress. Aromatherapy massage uses a blend of essential oils that are tailored to your specific needs. Good for stress, relaxation, aching muscles, insomnia and some skin, digestive and respiratory issues.
