With over 15 years of experience being a strength coach, helping clients move better and feel better.  Sophie now offers Remedial Massage with Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Cupping. 
Each session will usually involve a symptom evaluation and movement screening to provide the best a combination of techniques to target the specific area that may be referring pain, creating injury or inhibiting movement and/or performance.

Amazing. I feel so much better after my appt with Sophie. She used a combination of massage, dry needling and cupping. All relaxing and not painful at all.
