These follow up sessions explore how the goals we set at the discovery session are working, how your symptoms are improving and next steps.


Menopause follow up session 

The discovery session is to be explore what symptoms you are experiencing and set goals on how best to manage these symptoms. It is an opportunity to explore how the menopause is affecting your daily life and how we can guide you through this in an holistic way that meets all your needs.

Menopause Coaching

This 45 minute appointment for children between the ages of 6-16, includes a foot soak, reflexology foot massage and concludes with a foot mask.
Emotional support is also offered throughout to target any anxiety, sleep or emotional difficulties.

Children’s reflexology 

A 30 minute reflexology taster session to experience the benefits of reflexology.

Reflexology taster session 

Ear seeds are small needle free gold studs attached by a transparent sticker.
Ear seeds are placed on specific points on the ear that correspond to the conditions being treated.

Acupuncture Ear Seed

During this 30 minute treatment, tiny needles are inserted at specific points of the ear that are connected to organs and systems of the body.
Following a consultation to assess areas of concern, an individual treatment protocol will be tailor made for each client.
This treatment can treat emotional and mental health, physical complaints, allergies, addictions and much more.
Needles are in place for approximately 20 minutes.

Auricular Acupuncture 

This luxury 80 minute treatment begins with a relaxing foot soak and exfoliation of the feet and lower legs, which is then followed by the reflexology treatment and concluded with a foot mask and lower leg and foot massage. Using all natural products.

Luxury Reflexology 

This 60 minute treatment involves applying varying amounts of pressure to the feet, massaging the reflexes of the feet that are connected to organs and systems of the body to restore balance within the whole body.
The treatment includes a consultation to assess any problem areas, a lower leg and foot massage to stimulate circulation before the treatment and again at the end to relax the legs and feet.
