I arrived late for my appointment unfortunately so I knew treatment would be cut short. First time I ever had a Dermalogica facial without a mask and no prior consultation about my skin. I requested to have a microdermabrasion added to my hydra facial and when I inquired why I was not getting the hydra facial it was explained that it’s a separate treatment. This was not explained to me apon booking the treatment. The therapist went further as to say to me that it’s “not really that good”. I wanted a full spa treatment what I am used to but was sadly disappointed.
