Online bookings require all necessary forms to be filled out, along with contact details and address that the treatment is to take place. Should an appointment be cancelled less than 48 hours prior to your appointment more than once, or alternatively rescheduled more than twice in a row then a 50% non refundable deposit will be required at therapist discretion
