A detailed Nutrition Assessment including medical history, family medical history, weight history, pathology results, clinical history (symptoms, sleep, bowel motions), DEXA body composition, macro & micronutrient dietary analysis. Together we will build a plan to improve your wellbeing and help you reach your personal goals. Supplement recommendations, if suitable will be provided. 

Extended consults recommended for elite athletes or complex conditions.

Initial Appointment (Online)

1:1 Appointment with Megan Roberts, Sports Dietitian

Nutrition goals and strategies will be reassessed based on feedback since your last appointment. If blood results and DEXA scans are available, this can be discussed time permitting. 

If your last appointment has been greater than 9 months ago, please book a 1-hour appointment. 

Review Appointment (Online)
