Reiki is a holistic and complementary therapy that helps reduce anxiety, stress and ease depression. It’s a deeply relaxing therapy that helps rebalance the mind and body using energy healing.

The session begins by having a chat about how you are feeling in this moment and a brief introduction to reiki if you have not had reiki before and You can have a warm or cold drink during our chat.

We then do reiki healing, which involves me placing or hovering my hands, (the choice is yours) above certain areas on the body. You may feel heat, tingling, pulsating, feel heavy or lighter. It varies from person to person and each reiki session will be different as the reiki gives you the healing you need in that moment.

We also pull an oracle card and have a reflection on what you experienced in the session.

Reiki healing

I then intuitively place crystals on your chakra points. This helps open the chakras even further and really enhances the reiki experience.

Crystal reiki

Children’s reiki session can be anything from 10-20mins. Reiki helps ease any anxiety or unease within your child. A holistic and complementary therapy that involves non contact energy healing.

Children’s reiki

A lovely relaxing treatment using healing crystals which are placed on the chakra points on the body. It helps remove any blockages in the chakra areas which may cause unbalanced emotions and restore the flow of energy in the body. Includes a meditation and oracle card.

The session begins with a meditation, I place 2 crystals in your hand for you to set your intention. Crystals are then placed on your chakras and I cleanse your chakras on by one.

We finish the session with an oracle pull and a reflection of the session.

Description of EFT
EFT (emotional freedom technique) helps ease any emotional upset by tapping on various meridian points of the body, similar to that of accupressure. It helps rebalance the bodys energy system and releaves any unwanted thoughts and feelings. Areas that EFT can help with are limiting beliefs, core beliefs, fears, anxiety, stress, overwhelm, negative emotion and pain.

Description of Reiki
Reiki is a natural and holistic therapy that can help reduce stress and anxiety and help with any physical and emotional issues.
It works using energy fields around the body and involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner's palms to the client. It is a deeply relaxing treatment and has many benifits for the mind and body.


1 hr EFT and 30 min Reiki package

This is a great way for couples and friends to try NADA.

NADA is short for National auricular detoxification acupuncture. It is a 5 point protocol developed to assist  & support the body in its effort to cleanse itself & speed up the process of withdrawal 7 recovery.

It involves inserting 5 thin needles in to specific points in each ear. The points are:

Sympathetic- Calms the nervous system & relieves stress
Shen men- reduces anxiety and helps with emotional balance.
Kidney- supports detox and healing of fear and trauma
Liver- aids in detoxification and emotional regulation
Lung- supports grief release & respiratory function.

Once the needles are inserted relaxation is required for 30 minutes. 

*****Please note this booking is for 2 people. If one of the 2 people can no longer make the appointment then the other remaining client will then have to pay full price NADA for one at £45

1 hour EFT with Ear seeds.

Ear seeds are small beads or magnets placed on certain parts of the ear to help ease any upset you have in the body. They have a calming effect and promote well being. It is very good to do ear seeds after EFT as they help promote calm after you session and can be left on the ear for 3-5 days.

It you get here and decide acupuncture is not for you, you can have ear seeds instead which will be placed on the NADA points.

NADA protocol ( Ear acupunture )

Ear seeds are small seeds or magnets that are placed on specific points of the outer ear. I use the Nada protocol for ear seeds, which is a five-point system.

Ear seeds can help with anxiety, depression, physical pain, panic attacks, poor sleep, night sweats ( menopause or peri menopause), stress, and cravings and promote an overall sense of well being.

They stay in your ear for 5 days. You can remove them yourself or come back to me and I will remove them for you.

Please note that if you have adhesive sensitivity, are pregnant, this treatment is not suitable for you.

This treatment is also suitable for children.
