Thank you for booking with Hairby.li💗 This is a home based business where I do my appointments from home. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE unless I cancel. Reschedules after a 2nd time within a new month will require a new booking. Remaining balance is to be paid by bank transfer or cash please. I have a 5 minute grace period where I will not charge you for being 5 minutes late as it may be out of your control. After 5 minutes it is a £10 extra charge. Anything after 10 minutes is an automatic cancellation as it will disrupt the other booking appointments throughout the day.
