This balancing treatment focuses on the areas of the head, neck, shoulders, arms/hands and upper back.  Using pressure points and chakra balancing, Indian Head Massage leaves you feeling revitalised and invigorated as strained muscles and tendons are relieved of pain and tension.
Indian Head Massage is the perfect therapy for a quick but extremely effective treatment for strained necks, pulled muscles, eye strain and tension, tension headaches, migraines, insomnia, repetitive strain injury and stress relief.  Based on traditional techniques that are still used today in India, Indian Head Massage encourages relaxation of the muscles surrounding the head and neck which often grow tense and tight due to stress; especially work related stress.
This treatment is typically performed when sitting on a chair, however it can be easily adapted to allow for laying down.

By combining classic Swedish massage, deep tissue massage (optional), Gua Sha fascia release and active movement stretching, you’ll receive a specialised holistic full body experience, enhanced with nourishing natural massage oils, herbal and homeopathic massage balms and aromatherapy oils. The majority of my clients book a treatment due to pain or previous injuries causing pain, swelling, tightness and discomfort. After 1-3 sessions and once the majority of the chronic and/or acute pain has been treated, I transition the treatments to slower, rhythmic, deeper movements that release tension held by the parasympathetic nervous system. We work together to reduce your heart rate, lower blood pressure and slow the breath using guided breathing.

By combining classic Swedish massage, deep tissue massage (optional), Gua Sha fascia release and active movement stretching, you’ll receive a specialised holistic full body experience, enhanced with nourishing natural massage oils, herbal and homeopathic massage balms and aromatherapy oils.  I work holistically, assessing your posture, flexibility, discuss your diet, daily activity and work/life balance, concentrating on your sitting and standing positions. You’ll spend your treatment on a luxury massage table, featuring 4 inches of soft foam with a separate head rest (no holes in tables here), topped with fluffy sheep skin and 100% cotton flannelette sheets.

90 minute Massage

Relax into our ergonomic luxury seated massage chair, made in the USA. This special design allows you to sit comfortably and relax into a rested position with your legs, arms and face on soft cushions. The treatment is designed as a beginning to mid-week "fix", releasing built-up tension from long, stressful days spent at the desk or driving or for those who do not with to undress and lay down for a massage. Starting at the shoulders and arms, then working up towards the head using traditional Indian massage techniques, finishing off with chakra realignment, you'll leave feeling rejuvenated, stress free and calm.

Seated Chair Massage 30 minutes

Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle manual technique that stimulates a fatigued or stressed lymphatic system. Keeping the lymphatic system in good condition is imperative for promoting good health and immune function, and for restoring good health when the system has been compromised, for example after surgery.  The lymphatic system contains vessels, nodes and glands with lymph, a mixture of proteins, water, waste products, and immune system elements.  Lymph vessels lay just below the surface of the skin collecting and filtering cellular waste and debris. When stressed, the fluid stagnates in areas of the body causing swelling and fatigue.
Lymphatic draining massage helps move stagnant lymph fluid supporting the body to drain excess lymph through the correct channels and helps to stimulate and restore the natural flow of lymph in the body.
You'll likely benefit from this treatment if you have:
•	had surgery in the last 12 months, lymphedema, swelling in the feet/legs/arms/hands

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Do you have problems with snoring, tinnitus or sleep apnea?   Are you struggling to get a restful nights sleep? Understanding how the ear and the sinuses are connected will help you better understand why you are struggling. Ear candling encourages the movement of mucus and fluid build up in the sinus cavities and eustachian tube that keeps you from breathing freely when lying down. Using heat and gentle vibrations created by the burning ear candle, ear wax is softened and naturally expelled in the days following treatment improving tinnitus and ear pain.  By relaxing the muscles in the face and neck, ear candling combined with facial and neck massage we encourage a deeper more fulfilling night's sleep without the annoying disturbances caused by snoring, tinnitus and blocked sinuses.
Soothes the outer ear canals with the gentle warmth of candle light, soothing herbs and the relaxing sounds of a crackling fire. This one hour treatment includes candling of both ears.

Hopi Ear Candling + Massage

Support your pregnancy with a slow, relaxing and energy balancing pregnancy massage. This session is a gentle and therapeutic experience with slow, rhythmic massage of the lower legs, hips, arms, neck and head, targeting areas of pain. Pregnancy massage greatly improves the quality of sleep, helps with restless legs, reduces swelling, lowers blood pressure, relieves stress and anxiety and improves the circulation of vital nutrients feeding your growing baby. We recommend expecting mothers enjoy a pregnancy massage once a month until birth, then support their transition with at least 2 post-natal massages thereafter. You will lay on a luxury massage table in a side lying position supported with fluffy pillows and covered in warm flannelette blankets.
