At Drift & Embers, the sauna experience stands out, featuring aromatherapy ice balls that enhance relaxation and a hot tub that complements the sauna and cold plunge. I went to Drift & Embers yesterday with a friend and it was such a vibe. The place is stylish yet cozy—perfect for a reset. Lucas was a legend, making us feel welcome even though we were late. The sauna felt luxe, but the aromatherapy ice balls were the real game-changer. Pro tip: try not to soak the floor when you’re nerves-jumping into the ice bath like I did! The magnesium bath was a dream and kept at a perfect temperature. I walked out feeling completely recharged and relaxed. It is exactly what Chippenham needed. If you want to actually unwind, this is the spot.

Our first experience today did not disappoint. We were welcomed in despite arriving a little bit early for our session. Everything was explained to us really well. Lots of little added touches were appreciated. Looking forward to the next session!!

Using Drift & Embers has become a weekly ritual for us since it opened- this is a very special spot. We are lucky to have such a high end health facility in Chippenham. We are enjoying using the monthly membership!
