I tried the Red Light & Float taster session and I LOVED it. Such a welcoming space - super clean, so close to the city centre and the owners (and their dog, Bruce!) were absolutely lovely. They talked me through the whole session and all the rooms so I knew what to expect. I will absolutely be back!

Calmed and relaxed from the moment we walked in. Great advice given especially due to my partners epilepsy and lovely selection of herbal teas. The overall experience was beyond enjoyable. Thank you staff.
