I can't recommend Eleni highly enough. Her home and manner are calm and relaxing, and she takes the time to understand your needs. The table is warm, the sounds soothing, and Eleni's massage is intuitive, professional, and quite frankly blissful. I'll be back again.

Menopause massage is a wonderful treatment. Just perfect in every way. This time it was Gillian who remembered I like to be toasty so electric blanket on then heated beanie round my neck and hot eye mask. Perfect pressure - relaxing but also therapeutic. Genuinely this treatment could not be improved ❤️

I've just had my first massage with Xenia and it was unbelievable! She really took her time in the places that needed most attention, and got knots out my legs that I never even knew were there! I felt amazing afterwards, and even felt some relief in my chronic lower back pain. I 100% recommend and will definitely be booking another session!

The appointment started with a check in about my body and my wishes that immediately made me feel cared for and welcome. Throughout the massage there was good communication in general and specifically about my comfort and what was going to happen next. The massage itself was excellent, afterwards I felt relaxed, invigorated and significantly less tense. I would and will recommend.

I've had a wonderful experiences in the One Lounge every time I go . They're friendly helpful and wonderful at everything they offer ,On Sunday ,Marta gave me a fantastic head & shoulders massage & great relaxing reflexology on my feet ,which sent me to sleep ,I highly recommend The One Lounge .

My visit to Margaret’s today consisted of 3 treatments.. Reflexology, full body massage and a facial, I had 2 hours of full relaxation, Margaret makes you feel so comfortable and I would highly recommend.

My first time getting a massage, Amy was brilliant, I hadn't realised how beneficial a massage could be. The massage was a birthday gift and I went not thinking I 'needed' one, but the technique Amy used showed me how much tension I was carrying in my shoulders and neck and how much better it felt after. Lovely experience from the second I got into the room. Excellent massage and very knowledgeable I was having trouble sleeping and the night of I honestly slept like a baby and didn’t wake up in any pain. Will definitely be back
