Reiki healing with Carol. What an experience, a gentle soft massage to relax and get you ready for 45 minutes of serenity. Had my first sports massage with Caroline today , she was extremely professional, worked on areas that are causing me discomfort, i came away feeling much looser and the pain significantly reduced , will be using her again thankyou so much ! highly recommend!

I've used a fair few sports massage therapists over the last 20 years and Sue is by far the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable - always helps to ease the various aches and pains with her excellent massages. She recommends specific exercise for strengthening to help prevent reoccurrence. I can't recommend her highly enough!
